🌿 About

I’m Dr. Neil Patel, an osteopathic physician and Qi Gong practitioner focused on helping people reconnect with their body, regulate their nervous system, and restore a sense of internal stability.

My work sits at the intersection of Western medicine and Eastern practices—not as theory, but as lived experience.

🧭 My Path

I trained and practiced as a physician in internal medicine, working within a system that prioritizes diagnosis, treatment, and efficiency.

Over time, I began to see a gap.

Many people weren’t just dealing with isolated medical issues—they were living in chronic states of tension, disconnection, and nervous system dysregulation that weren’t being fully addressed.

At the same time, I went through my own period of deep personal and spiritual exploration. That process brought me face-to-face with the limits of purely intellectual understanding—and the necessity of reconnecting with the body.

This is what led me to Qi Gong and nervous system-based practices.

⚖️ My Approach

I don’t believe in quick fixes or forcing change.

The work I offer is simple, but not always easy:

  • Slowing down enough to feel what’s actually happening in your body

  • Releasing patterns of chronic tension and overcontrol

  • Building a more stable, grounded baseline of energy

Qi Gong provides the structure.
Nervous system work provides the understanding.

Together, they create a practical path toward regulation, clarity, and resilience.

🔬 Why This Matters

If you’ve spent most of your life in your head—thinking, analyzing, pushing forward—you may have lost connection with the body that actually drives your energy, emotions, and sense of well-being.

This work is about restoring that connection.

Not in a vague or abstract way, but in a way you can feel—day to day.

🤝 Working Together

I work with individuals who are ready to:

  • Step out of constant mental overdrive

  • Develop awareness and control of their internal state

  • Build a more grounded and sustainable way of living

This is a collaborative process.

You don’t need prior experience—just a willingness to engage with your body in a new way.
